The shelter building at our lower auxiliary station needed a suitable roof. Following a request, the Dr. Jürgen Rembold Foundation in Rösrath spontaneously donated a matching telescope dome. Now that we have installed it on the building and set up the corresponding telescope, the station was officially opened during the solar eclipse in a ceremony attended by the foundation and many guests. The station now bears the name of the sponsor (pictured in the center with Dr. Thomas Eversberg and association chairman Patrick Staden).
